According to Environment Canada statistics, Penticton has the most attractive climate of all cities in Canada.
With over 2,100 hours of sunshine and only 15 inches of rain annually, Penticton has a comfortable climate year-round. Over 80% of BC’s wine grapes are grown in this area. Almost all wineries in the Okanagan are less than an hour’s drive from Penticton.
