Immigration Information

British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)
Provincial Nominee Programs offer a pathway for both high and low skilled immigrants to obtain permanent Canadian residency. Each Canadian province has their own PNP that is uniquely tailored for their particular labour and economic development needs. The British Columbia PNP is an employer driven program as its purpose is to assist employers with filling critical shortages.

Successful applicants will receive a British Columbia Provincial Nomination Certificate, which essentially fast-tracks applicants through the immigration process, this time frame is much shorter than it would be for immigrants to obtain permanent residency through other federal immigration streams.
Under the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program, you may qualify under two different options:

  • British Columbian PNP Strategic Occupations
  • British Columbia PNP Business Immigrants
