OUC GroundbreakingOkanagan College starts construction on $28 million dollar Centre of Excellence in sustainable Building and Technologies and Renewable Energy Conservation project. The building will have features such as Solar hot water system, Green roof components and a net zero energy consumption with the largest photovoltaic solar array on non-utility institutional building in Canada.
